In today's world social media is what stands out when it comes to getting a job and if a company is going to hire you or not. Having a clean and professional social media presence is paramount when navigating the job interview process. It today's age, employers will turn to social media platforms to gain insights into a candidate's character, judgement, and overall fit for the role. Having an appropriate social media presence is important to having a good look and getting the job. 

It is very easy for jobs to just go on google and look up your name and see your social media websites pop up. That is why it is important to have things on there that you know is safe and good for a company to look at during the interview process. You want to look like someone who is a hardworker and doesn't have any issues that could be downfalls for the company. Being able to understand this makes it much easier to be a step ahead in the interview process. If a company looks at your social media and likes what they see it makes it easier for them to want to hire you.
